Khara's Granola

Ingredients
3 c. rolled oats1 1/2 c. flaxseed meal1/4 c. slivered almonds1 c. raisins1/4 olive oil1/2 c. honey1 tbsp. vanilla1 tsp. salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Mix oats, flaxseed meal, almonds and salt in large bowl. Mix oil, honey, and vanilla in smaller bowl. Add wet ingredients to the dry and mix until covered. Spread mixture onto cookie sheet until flat. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes, then break apart, and add raisins. Store in air tight container.
