Ingredients
Ground beef, 32 oz Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Carrots, cooked, 1 cup slices Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
Put filling inside empanada dough and bake 20 min on bottom rack ,then 10 minutes on top rack, then cool for 10 mintues.
