Whole Wheat Cinnamon French Toast

Ingredients
2 slices of whole wheat bread2 medium eggs1 cup light vanilla Silk soymilk1 tbsp cardamom1 tbsp cinnamoncooking spray
Directions
In mixing bowl beat together soymilk, egg and spices.
Dip in slice of bread, coating both sides thoroughly.
In heated, sprayed skillet, place coated bread, brown on each side and remove.

Note: You will have about half of your egg mixture left over, but if you do not use that much it is hard to coat the bread. I save it and use it within the next two days.
