Ingredients
2 eggs with touch of milk whisked1 C bread crumbs2 scoops flax1 cup parmesan split2 thick chicken breast poundedolive oil
Directions
pound chicken. dip in whisked eggs. coat with breadcrump / parmesean / flax mix. heat in oil both sides. add to dish. Cover with slice mozzerlla. Top with sauce and Parm.
