Ingredients
1 cup Regular oat meal1 cup crushed Fiber one cerele 1/2 cup honey1/3 cup Natural smooth light peanut buter 1 cup Herbalife Vaniila meal replacement 2 tablespoon water
Directions
mix all ingredients together
press into 8 x 8 pan
cut into 8 bars and refridgrate ... keeps well
1 bar = a meal on the run or it makes a great healthy snack
you can use any soya vaniila flavor protein meal powder
