Easy Cuban Picadillo

Ingredients
* Ground beef, lean, 16 oz * 1 small Green Peppers (bell peppers), * 1/4 cup Onions, raw, chopped * 8 oz Tomato Sauce * 1/2 cup Green Olives stuffed with pimiento * 1/4 cup rasins * 1 Tbsp Cider Vinegar * 2 cup Hot cooked White Rice, long grain
Directions
In a large nonstick skillet, cook the beef, pepper and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the tomato sauce, olives, raisins and vinegar. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until raisins are plumed. Serve with rice.
