High fiber Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup ground flax1 cup whole wheat flour1/3cup brown sugar11/4 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cinnamon1 egg or 2 egg whites1cup mashed banana(3)1/4 cup applesause1/4 cup chopped almonds/walnuts(optional)
Directions
mix dry ingredients, in separate bowl cream bananas, sugars, egg and applesause. Fold dry ingredients into wet add optional nuts bake in loaf pan sprayed with "Pam" in a preheated oven to 350C /180F. Bake 30-40 min or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
