White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded2 cans 99% fat free chicken broth1 tsp tabasco sauce3 cloves garlic, crushed1 cup diced sweet bell peppers - any colors1/2 cup onions, diced1 tsp cumin1 tsp italian seasoning.5 tsp salt or salt substitute (I use herbamare)
Directions
saute the onion and bell pepper in water in a non-stick pan. Add the garlic. Put all the ingredients in a slow cooker on high for a couple of hours (its already cooked, just needs the flavors to blend). Serves 4. Serve in a bowl, and top with fat free sour cream, shredded cheese and/or tortilla chips.
