Ham, Cheese, & Veggie omelette

Ingredients
1 large egg2 egg whites1 Tbsp skim milk1/4 cup 2% milk grated cheese1/4 cup chopped onion1/3 cup chopped green pepper1/2 cup chopped lean ham
Directions
This makes one omelette for one to two people.
Chop onions, green peppers, and ham. Add to a heated skillet/pan. Whisk the egg, egg whites, and milk together. When the onions are browned, add the egg mixture. Add cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste, and I occasionally add Mrs. Dash. When the omelette almost done cooking, flip the entire thing over to cook the other side. Then, it's ready to go to the plate!
