Ingredients
Ingredients:Green and Yellow Split Peas, 4 cup (remove)Bouillon Vegetable McCormick (1/2 cube), 6 cup (remove)Water, tap, 14 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Garlic, 6 clove (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Saute onions and garlic. Add14 cup water and peas and bring to a boil. Boil 10 minutes vigorously then add 6 cups stock, bring back to boil and simmer for 1 hour. Salt and pepper to taste. I also added a tbsp each of dried basil and dried oregano.
