Turkey Meatballs in Marinara over Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients
1 Tbs Olive Oil1 Cup Diced Onions5 Cloves Minced Garlic4 Cans Diced Tomatoes3 Carrots, shredded24 turkey meatballs1 spaghetti squash, steamed and scraped with fork
Directions
Saute onions in oil until soft.

Add garlic, stir for 30 seconds.

Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer 15 minutes.

With immersion blender, blend until smooth.

Add Meatballs, heat over low 10 minutes.

Serve over spaghetti squash
