King Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
2c. cooked, skinless boneless chicken1 can rotel tomatoes-10oz.1 can cream of chicken soup1 can cream of mushroom soup1 jar Sofrito seasoning-12 oz2c. shredded cheddar cheese12 corn tortillas
Directions
Mix chicken, rotel tomatoes, soups & sofrito seasoning in a large bowl.
Tear 4 tortillas into 1" pieces and place in a single layer on bottom of a greased 13x9 pan. Layer with 1/3 of the chicken mixture and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat as you would a lasagna. Bake uncovered at 350 for approximately 30 minutes.
