Punch Bowl Cake

Ingredients
2 - 3 oz. boxes sugar free vanilla pudding4 cups skim milk1 - 16 oz. can peaches in juice or water1 - 16 oz. can pineapple tidbits in juice1 tub cool whip (8 oz.) (French Vanilla is best)1 sugar free angel food cake (aprox. 256 g)sprinkles (optional--not included in calorie count)
Directions
Mix pudding with milk according to directions.
Break up angel food cake into small pieces.
Cut peaches into chunks.

In a clear glass bowl layer crumbled cake, pudding, fruit, cool whip. Repeat the layers ending with layer of cool whip on top. Can sprinkle with sprinkles for decoration if desired. (Sprinkles not included in calorie count.

I didn't use lite for sugar free cool whip because I use French Vanilla Cool Whip and it isn't available in lite or sugar free.
