3 egg whites1 whole egg1/8 tsp. turmeric1 green onion (scallion)1 Tbs. sweet pepper1 mushroom, slicedDash of Black Pepper
Spray skillet with Pam or equivalent. Chop veggies of your choice and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Whisk together egg whites, whole egg, turmeric, black pepper and spices of your choice. Pour over veggies. When cooked about half way through, flip over and cook the other side. Serve hot.
