Asian Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients
40 oz 97 % lean ground turkey2 slices 35 calorie whole what breat1 whole tomato cut in quarters1 large sweet onion cut in quarters1 tablespoon fresh ground ginger root1 clove elephant garlic1 tablespoon rice vinegar1 teaspoon Sesame oil1/2 or 1 teaspoon szechuan sauce(Kame) according to taste1 tsp dry mustard powder1 tsp asian curry powder2 egg whites1/3 cup heinz tomato ketchup reduced sugar
Directions
Place all ingrediants except meat in food processor and process until smooth. Add turkey and beef to a large bowel. Add ground seasoned vegetables until just blended. Place in a loaf pan and bake 45 minutes @ 375. You can pour off the liquid that forms around the loaf and discard it or add 1 tablespoon of corn starch and cook iuntil thickened and use it as gravy
