Chicken with cream of mushroom soup served with rice

Ingredients
1 TBSP vegetable oil (not computed in nutritional value)4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves1 Can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup1/2 C waterCooked Rice (3/4 = 1 serving)
Directions
1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken and cook until brown on both sides and no longer pink. Remove from skillet
2. Stir soup and waer into skillet. Heat to boil. Return the chickent to skillet and reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked.

    Added broccoli and coarsely chopped red onions for added veggies. Reduced soup using low sodium chicken broth and chardonnay (any dry white wine will do).. YUM! :-) - 2/1/11
