Chicken Breast, no skin, 3.7 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook broccoli 2 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped soy sauce 1tbspcajun seasoning, 0.5 tsp garlic salt, 0.5 tsp Onion Salt, .25 tbsp Pepper, black, .25 tbsp water, tsp
Cut the chicken in bite sized pieces then dice the onion and cut the broccoli into hunks. Throw everything into a non stick pan (if you don't have non stick spray some pam or a tiny bit of oil on the bottom) Add water add the spice and soy sauce then cook on medium heat till the chicken is done.
