Ingredients
1/3 cup shortening2/3 cup granulated sugar2 eggs1 cup mashed bananas2 TBSP milk3/4 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. baking soda1 1/4 tsp. baking powder1 3/4 cups flour
Directions
Using elecric mixer, mix eggs, sugar and shortening. Add milk and bananas. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Grease a 9 X 13 inch loaf pan and add the batter. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 60-65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
