This was very good but i added a mixture of herbs and spices to pep it up. Because it was so easy I would make it again. - 7/2/09

This is a really good base for a recipe to spice up to your own taste. It's okay if the recipe is followed exactly but it definitely tastes a little too "healthy" for me. I added a little garlic salt to make it just right! - 4/15/09

Wonderful! I used lower sodium cream of mushroom soup & cooked the meat with onions, garlic,& pepper. I added garlic powder ,onion powder, & Italian seasoning when I added the mushrooms and 1/2 cup of sour cream. I served it over some egg noodles. - 1/10/11

This was the BEST i have had. You could not tell it was low fat unless you looked at the ingredients. I have a picky eater and he cleaned his plate. Thanks for sharing:) - 9/26/09

Really enjoyed this recipe, I put in half the mushrooms because I'm the only one that eats them. Added some seasoning salt but otherwise it was just about perfect. My husband loves stroganoff and almost licked the plate. Picky 12 year old ate everything with whole wheat penne pasta. - 1/5/15

I really enjoyed this recipe, it has the velvety mouth feel of sumthing oh so bad for you but with allot less calories! I added 4 cloves of fresh chopped garlic ,but I'm a big garlic fan and this oulda have still been good without it. Will definately be maing this again! - 9/16/12

Halved the recipe and used regular instead of fat-free mushroom soup. Everything else in it is so low-calorie, a little fat from the mushroom soup isn't so bad. Tasted excellent, but next time I will add garlic as many people have suggested! - 10/5/11

Instead of using the sour cream i used greek yogurt to add a little zing. Also, i added just mushrooms and 2 tbs of alfredo sauce and served it over with brown rice. (we also had peas splashed with balsamic vinagrette). On the whole a pretty good dinner. - 8/8/11

We loved this recipe. I added a clove of fresh chopped garlic and some fresh green peas (because I had some to use up) and served it over multigrain pasta. Really yummy! - 7/20/11

Interesting that stroganoff implies mushrooms. My Mom never made it with mushrooms (and I've never cooked a stroganoff, yet). I will try this with the corn substitution, no fungus for me & my family! - 4/15/11
