Ingredients
Stir fried soya beans IngredientsDry soya beans 100gSpring onion chopped into thin round slicesDried chilliSliced ginger I cup canned plum tomatoes1 tbsp vegetable oil1 cup of water1 tsp salt
Directions
Preparation

Dry fry soya beans in a pan for 10 mins without oil, low flame.

Put soya beans into a plate.

Put oil in the pan, fry chilli, ginger, and spring onion for 30 seconds

Add water and bring to boil

Add back the soya beans

Add salt and simmer for 15 mins until the water is gone.
