Ingredients
7 cups diced boiled & peeled potatoes7 diced boiled eggs, whites only3/4 cup diced raw sweet onion3/4 cup diced dill pickles1 cup diced raw celery3/4 cup Low Fat Hellmann's Mayonnaise2 tablespoons horseradish mustard1 tsp garlic saltblack pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl. Chill in refridgerator until cool. Makes 10, 1 cup servings
