Lentils, 1 cup drydehydrated onions 1 TabOld Fashioned Rolled Oats .75 cup 4 slices Whitewheat bread (toasted)Liquid smoke to tasteGarlic salt to tasteSalt and pepper to taste
Cook Lentils in 2 1/2 cups of water add seasonings and onions. In food processor combine oats and bread until crumb like. After lentils are cooked (no liquid remaining add oats and bread mixture, liquid smoke and any seasoning that you like. Mold into patties and fry in olive oil 1-2 minutes on each side until browned.
