Simple Maple Brown Sugar Granola

Ingredients
8 cups dry oats1/4 cup diced dried apples1/2 cup shredded coconut1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup maple syrup (can use up to 3/4 cup)1/4 cup olive oilCinnamon
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl or stand mixer. Mix together the maple syrup and olive oil, pour into dry ingredients. Spread evenly onto a cookie sheet and back for 1 hour at 275 degrees.
