Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen raspberries3/4 cup frozen blueberries3oz unsweetened cranberry juice1.5 tbsp jarrow goat's milk whey protein1 tbsp new chapter berry green3/4 tbsp barlean flax oil stevia to taste
Directions
Add enough water to blend in a blender until smooth. This makes enough for one full adult serving or one adult and one child serving.
