Hey, I had a question about this. I know it's super quick and easy already, I'm more just curious :P
How do you think the sandwich would handle being put together (english muffin + cheese + egg) and then frozen? I was wondering because that's how a lot of the sandwiches that you buy are set up - 1/9/12

I tried this and I did not care for it. It tastes fresher and really doe not take very long to toast a muffin or sandwich thin and then slap on the cheese and egg white.

I was just looking for something that was freezable and didn't require microwave cooking as we don't have a kitchen but the microwave is in the office so not wanting to stink up the place- can give this a quick warm up and hey presto- an egg roll- minus all the calories and cost! - 9/14/10
