15 oz thin crust pizza dough, 6T light mayonaisse, 6T grated parmesan, 4T fresh basil, 3 garlic cloves, minced, 8 roma tomatoes, sliced, 1.5 c mozzarella cheese
Cook pizza dough according to package directions but make sure you get it a light golden color before adding the toppings or it will not cook through. Combine mayo, parmesan, basil & garlic in a small bowl. Spread on pizza. Top with tomatoes & finish with cheese. Cook until crust is golden brown & cheese is bubbly, another 15-2- minutes. You may need to foil the edges to keep the crust from burning on the outside & not being done enough in the center.
