Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower1 can of cream of mushroom soup, low fat1/4 cup of Kraft Low Fat Miracle Whip1 tsp lemon juice1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Serves 8

Boil whole head of cauliflower in a small amount of water for 10-15 minutes or until tender when poked with a fork. Cut the flowerets off and discard the core. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine soup, miracle whip, lemon juice and cheese. Add cauliflower and mix until coated. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes. Serve hot!
