Broccoli Cheese Soup

6T Olivio 1 onion, chopped3c chicken stock10oz frozen broccoli cuts8oz small or medium egg noodles3c skim milk16oz 2% Velveeta Cheese
Saute onion in Olivio till soft. Add stock and heat through. Add frozen broccoli, heat through. Add egg noodles, heat for 5 minutes. Add milk and cheese, stir until combined. DO NOT BOIL. Serves 6-8 based on a 1-2 cup serving size.
