Ingredients
1/2 roll sausage, brown, drain and rinse1 lrg can of Fat Free Chicken Broth8 Med potatoes, with skins, chopped in large chucks1 cup of Kale or Spinach leaves1/4 cup milk
Directions
Place cooked sausage in large pot along with broth. Bring to a boil, add potatoes. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add Kale and mild, cook about 5 min. (depending on how cooked you like your greens).
Makes about 10--1 cup servings
