One-Skillet Stuffing Dinner

4 Perdue Perfect Portion Chicken1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil 1/2 cup of Food Lion Shredded Sharp Chedder CheeseEntire box of Kraft Stove Top Italian Style with Roasted Garlic Dry Mix, 6 serving (remove)1 cup of frozen mixed vegetable1 2/3 cup of water
1. Heat one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in skillet. Brown the chicken.
2. Remove chicken and place on a platter for later
3. Add 1 2/3 cups of water to skillet and 1 cup of mixed veggies, bring to a boil
4. Add entire package of stove top stuffing mix, stir just to moisten. Return meat to skillet. Reduce heat to low
5. Top with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, cover. Cook an additional 5 minutes or until heated through.
