Better for you Baked Beans

Ingredients
Turkey Bacon, 4 slicesOnions, raw, 1/2 cup, choppedGarlic, 1 tsp, mincedOlive Oil, 1/2 tspBush's Best, Pinto and Great Northern, Mixed Beans, 16 oz canEdens Organic, Black Soy Beans, 15oz canHeinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, 1/4 cupDijon Mustard, 1/2 TbspMolasses 1tspSplenda, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Cut 2 bacon slices in half and set aside.
Chop other two slices. Put olive oil in pan, heat a bit, then add bacon, onion, and garlic.
While that browns (medium heat), drain beans in colander.
Remove onions mixture from heat, and add beans to deglaze.
In small bowl mix together catsup, dijon, molasses and splenda.
Put bean in a shallow casserole dish, then mix in sauce. Put bacon slices set aside before on top.
Cover and bake at 350 for 30 mins, then remove cover and bake or broil another 5-10 minutes.

Makes about seven 1/2 cup servings.
