2 Cups Uncle Ben's Converted Rice4 Cups Water2 stalks of Celery, raw and diced2-4 stalks of green onions (or scallions)2 TBSP Ground Ginger4 TBSP Soya Sauce1 can of Mushrooms

Place all ingredients in a microwave safe dish.

**Low sodium soya sauce can lower the sodium content. I also make it without the soyce all together and it still tastes almost as good**
