Crockpot Pork Chops in Tomatoes w/brown rice

Two thick center cut pork chops, bone and fat removed1 29 oz can Hunt's Tomatoe Sauce1 14.5 oz can Hunt's Fire Roasted Diced TomatoesTrader Joe's Organic Brown Rice (10 oz bag frozen)
Trim 2 pork chops, removing as much fat and the bone from each and place in low setting crock pot.
Pour Hunt's sauce over top, adding diced tomatoes as well and let simmer all day. I also add McCormick's Italian Seasoning Grinder at this point.
Microwave rice when pork chops are thoroughly cooked and ready to serve over rice. Add a side vegetable or salad if you like.
