Green Chile Chicken w/ Beans

Ingredients
* boneless skinless chicken breast, 16 oz * anaheim chile, 9 serving * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped *365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup * Great Value Pinto Beans (updated), 1.75 cup*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .6 tbsp
Directions
Heat oil in large cooking pot. Add diced onions, diced chicken breasts, cook through. Add all other remaining ingredients, about 1 cup of water and let simmer on medium-heat for about 2 hours. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic powder, if desired. Pretty easy!

Optional tip: Top with shredded cheese or sour cream and serve with grilled corn tortillas!
