Horseradish Roast Beef

Ingredients
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 4 lb *Horseradish, 16 tbsp (1 jar)Salt, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tbspPotato, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) - cut into 16 chunksCarrots, 4 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) - cut into chunks size of potatoesCelery 3 stalks-cut into chunks size of potatoesOnion - cut into chunks size of potatoes
Directions
In Large Crock Pot - Place Meat - Add potatoes, carrots, celery and onions around meat - Sprinkle with salt & pepper add horseradish to top of meat and veg. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
