Homemade Baked Veggie Egg Roll

1 t. sesame Oil2 T. Soy Sauce1 T. Hoisen Sauce1 Bag Coleslaw Mix3 Stalks Green Onion1/2 large Onion1 Can Water Chestnuts1 Can Bean Sprouts1 Package Egg Roll WrappersCooking Spray
1.Pre-heat oven to 400.
2. Heat sesame oil in wok. Add coleslaw mix, bean sprouts, onions, and water chestnuts. Saute for 4-5 minutes. Mix in soy and hoisen sauce. Mix thouroughly.
3. Spoon mixture into egg roll wrappers then roll up.
4. Next, spray baking sheet with cooking spray and place egg rolls on pan. Spray tops of egg rolls with cooking spray.
5.Bake for 8 minutes. Turn and cook another 5.
