Rice Chex Cereal, 1.5 cup (1 serving) (remove)*Stella Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese, 3 tbsp (remove)Thyme, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .125 tsp (remove)*Seasalt .25 tsp, 0.125 serving (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 18 ounces (remove)*All White 100% liquid Egg Whites (1/4 cup), 1 serving (remove)*arribiatta sauce, 1 cup (remove)
In food processor, blend rice chex cereal (gluten free), parmesan cheese, thyme, pepper, and seasalt, and set aside.
In shallow bowl or plate, pour egg white mixture. Dip chicken portions into egg and then into Chex mixture, evenly coat. Place in baking dish.
Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken and lightly sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
