Pumpkin Potao soup

Ingredients
Pumpkin, cooked, 2.5 cup, mashed (remove)Red Potato, 600 grams (remove)Carrots, cooked, 5 carrot (remove)Apples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Fat free half and half, 2 cup (remove)Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Clean pie pumpkin, spray inside with olive oil.
Chop carrots, potatoes and apples. Toss with oilive oil, Mrs. Dash, thyme and salt
Roast for about 60 to 90 minutes.
Cool, peel pumpkin.
Puree all together with the half and half.
Reheat, but do not boil.
Makes 8 1-cup servings

    Thanks for pointing that out, but if you would read the WHOLE recipe you would see it IS a typo
