Ingredients
Filling:- 1/2 cup splenda- 3 tbsp whole wheat flour- 1 tsp orange peel, grated- 3/4 tsp lemon juice- 4 cups apples, diced- 1 cup blueberries- 1 cup rhubarb, dicedTopping:- 2/3 cup rolled oats- 1/3 cup Splenda brown sugar blend- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour- 2 tsp cinnamon, ground- 1 tbsp unsweetened apple sauce- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Filling:
- Mix splenda, flour and lemon peel
- add fruit and juice
- spoon the mix in the baking dish

Topping:
- mix oats, Splenda brown sugar blend, flour
and cinnamon
- add applesauce and olive oil
- crumble mixture over filling

Bake for 40-50 minutes at 375°F until filling is bubbly and topping is slightly browned.
