Healthy Frozen Chocolate Popsicles

1/2 cup fat-free or reduced-fat plain yogurt1-1/2 tbsp. light corn syrup2 tbsp. chocolate syrup1/4 tsp. vanilla1/3 cup 1% low-fat milk
*Makes 4 popsicles*
1. In a small bowl, use a fork to stir together the yogurt and corn syrup.
2. Stir in the chocolate syrup and vanilla until well combined. Add the milk and mix well.
3. Pour the mixture into 8 (6 oz.) ice-pop molds or paper cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
4. Cover the molds with their lids or the paper cups with foil.
5. Insert the sticks (use wooden ice-pop sticks if using paper cups). Freeze until solid.
6. To serve, remove the pops from the mold according to the directions on the package or peel the paper from the cups.
