African Chicken Peanut Soup

8 cups cooked chicken meat, diced2 each white onions, diced3 T Minced Garlic1/4 C sesame oil3 T curry powder1 T crushed red chiles1 T black pepper1 T kosher saltSaute above ingredients until onions are soft. Then add: 5 qt chicken stock1/2 C tomato paste1/2 of a 10lb can of diced tomatoes4 c chunky peanut butter
Saute first 8 ingredients together until onions are soft. Then add remaining ingredients and stir until all the peanut butter is evenly distributed. Do NOT boil, but be sure to bring to 165 degrees. Check salt and pepper levels.
