Ingredients
Butter, salted, 1/2 stick unsweetened applesause, 1 cupVanilla Extract, 1/2 tsp 1 EggSplenda Brown Sugar Blend, 9 tsp or 3tbspSplenda, 36 tsp or 3/4 cupBrown Rice Flour, 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 1/2 CupOrganic Coconut Flour, Bob's Red Mill, 4 tbspSalt, 1/2 tspNow Foods, Whey Protein Isolate, Vanilla, 31 gram(s) or 1/3 cupBaking Soda, 1/2 tsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbsp
Directions
1.Heat Oven to 350ºF

2.Mix sugars, butter, vanilla, applesause, and egg in large bowl. Stir in flour(s), baking soda, protein powder, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir in chocolate. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.

3.Bake for 15 minutes

Makes 18 cookies
