Wine Diva SlowCooker Pumpkin Butter

7 C mashed unsalted, unsweetened Pumpkin (fresh) OR 2 Cans Libby's Pumpkin (NOT pie filling)4 C Sugar1 TBS each:CinnamonAllspiceNutmegGingerLemon Juice
Combine all ingredients; pumpkin, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, ginger, and lemon juice in to the crock pot. Stir mixture until it is well blended. Place on high for two hours.
Reduce to low for another two to three hours. make sure you are stirring the mixture every once in a while.
When it is done it should taste like pumpkin pie..without the crust.
You can place in containers in the fridge, or you can spoon into about eight to ten half pints. Placelids on jars and put into hot water bath for ten minutes. Enjoy!
