Chicken Alfredo with Mushrooms

8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, fat removed, 1/2 inch cubes1 1/2 cups crimini mushrooms, sliced3-4 large cloves garlic, minced2 tbs olive oil2 15oz jars Bertolli Alfredo Sauce3 tbs flour1-2 cups skim milk, as needed for sauce
Add olive oil to large dutch oven over medium high heat. Add cubed chicken thighs and garlic . Cook until done. Remove chicken from dutch oven and add mushrooms, stir until softened. Add flour and stir into mushrooms, then add milk until the correct consistency is reached. Add alfredo sauce and return chicken to the dutch oven. Cook on medium heat until heated through, stirring often. Serve over fettucine or linguine (not included in calorie total). Makes 10 servings.
