Calzone Dough

Ingredients
1 C. water1 T olive oil2 1/2 C. Flour1 t. sugar1 t. salt2 1/2 t. yeast
Directions
Add ingredients in order as listed. Set bread machine to dough cycle. Once completed, seperate dough into 2 balls. Roll out each ball and add toppings (extra points depending on choices).

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

    This was delicious and easy to make! I filled mine with spinach, mushrooms & a tiny bit of mozzarella cheese and served it with marinara sauce. It was huge so I only ate half. I will be making this again. - 7/27/10
