Mom's sens-Asian-al chicken rice

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, bone and skin removed, 4 breasts * Minute Maid Brown Rice, 6 servings * Broccoli, 2 cups chopped * Red Bell Pepper, 1/2 medium pepper * Litehouse Sesame Ginger dressing/sauce, 4 tbsp * Oyster Sauce, 4 tbsp * Dark Brown Sugar, 4 tbsp unpacked * Chinese five spice mix, 1/8 tsp * Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp * Minced Ginger, 1/2 tsp * Toasted Sesame Oil, 1/2 tbsp
Directions
Chop broccoli into bite-size pieces and bell pepper into strips.
Remove skin and bones from chicken, if necessary.
Boil chicken breasts.
Remove chicken from pan, but save liquid.
Use chicken broth in place of water for rice.
Prepare rice per package instructions.
At the same time, steam broccoli and red peppers.
Cut chicken into strips.
To make sauce, combine remaining ingredients in a small pan and bring to a low simmer.
Stir sauce to obtain smooth consistency and remove from heat.
This can be plated as a layered dish (rice, veggies, chicken, then sauce) or can be stir fried together.
Makes 6 Servings.
Add extra vegetables and cashews if you like (this is not included in calorie count).
