Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter3/4 cup brown sugar2 eggs, beaten1 3/4 cup mashed banana (about 3-4 medium)1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp saltpinch nutmegdash cinnamon2 cups flour
Directions
Mix butter and brown sugar until creamy. Add mashed banana.
In separate bowl combine baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon and flour.
Add dry ingredients to wet slowly.
Put into a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 60-65 mins.
Makes about 12 slices
