Tofu and zucchini stirfry

1 block tofu, cubed1 T oil2 cloves garlic, minced1 inch ginger, minced1 t sesame oil1 T wheat free soy sauce2 zucchini thinly sliced (I used food processor)
Saute tofu in oil until brown. Add ginger and garlic and cook until fragrant. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Add zucchini. Cover and cook until zucchini is cooked. Remove cover and let extra water evaporate.
