3 Cups Cooked Shredded Chicken6 Cups 2% Milk1 Cup Light Sour Cream3 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup (low sodium, low fat if possible)1/4 Frank's Hot Sauce
combine all but chicken, stir well. chicken needs to be fully cooked, bones and skin removed and shredded. add chicken to the soup. I use my crockpot 4 hours on low.
