Ingredients
1 cup non fat cottage cheese1 cup quaker oats1 cup egg whites1 tbles vanilla
Directions
Mix all the ingredients together. You can let it sit in refridgerator to soften or use right away for more texture. Pour into hot pan sprayed with Pam. Flip when top looks slightly firm.

Makes 8 3 inch "pancakes"
